to join its New York team. The firm invests in founder‑ and family‑led businesses across the middle market, providing flexible capital solutions ranging from majority buyouts to minority equity and structured investments.
Role Overview
Financial modeling, valuation work, and investment memo preparation
Supporting deal sourcing, diligence, and transaction execution
Working closely with portfolio company management on value‑creation initiatives
Collaborating with a 30‑person investment team and in‑house operational professionals
Exposure to senior leadership and a clear path for advancement to VP and beyond
Requirements
2–3+ years of experience in
investment banking or management consulting
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Ability to operate in a lean, collaborative environment
Interest in long‑term career development within private equity
