Responsibilities

Work across disciplines, collaborating with cross‑functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements analysis and decomposition.

Systems design.

Model‑based design.

Systems integration.

Systems validation and verification.

Customer interaction.

Project oversight and coordination.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in software engineering practices, TCAS and airborne avionics technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering or mathematics.

5+ years of systems engineering experience.

Experience in similar product domains such as Avionics, Navigation and/or Airborne Surveillance (TCAS, Transponder, ADS‑B, DME, UAT) is a plus.

Master’s degree or advanced professional certification.

Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.

Experience with RF products.

Experience with the FAA certification process for avionics is a plus.

Experience working with aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc. is a plus.

Ability to quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.

Ability to adapt to project changes.

Multi‑tasking ability and the capacity to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people.

Ability to make autonomous decisions.
