Base pay range $150.00/yr - $240.00/yr
Company Overview A global software investor with over $90 billion in assets under management is seeking a Workflow Automation & Integration Engineer to join their Business Systems team. This role will focus on building intelligent workflows and AI-powered automations to support the firm's operations at scale.
Job Responsibilities
Design and build business process automations and enterprise system integrations using low-code platforms like Workato and Power Automate.
Develop AI-powered automation solutions, including LLM-based agents and intelligent workflows.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Handle data transformations within workflow automations to ensure data accuracy.
Establish automation standards and best practices, creating reusable templates and governance frameworks.
Ensure reliability, security, and performance through rigorous testing and monitoring.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies in AI and automation platforms, contributing to the team's automation roadmap.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data & AI, PMO, Tech Ops, and business teams.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience building enterprise integrations and automations.
Expertise with low-code integration platforms such as Workato, Power Automate, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of APIs, system integration patterns, and enterprise application architectures.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and APIs, and proficiency in scripting or programming languages like Python or JavaScript.
Proficiency with SQL for data querying and transformation.
Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, or NetSuite.
Compensation Salary:
$150,000 – $240,000, Plus Bonus
