Technology Support Specialist I – OSTS Onsite – Honolulu, HI – Part‑Time Contractor (24 hours weekly). This contract position offers weekday hours with the flexibility to adjust for network outages, weekend, or after‑hours support as required.
Responsibilities
Audio‑Visual: Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Surface Hubs (display, audio, network; reset/reconfigure when needed). Diagnose network connectivity for Crestron devices (wired/wireless), resolve audio (volume, speaker, mic) and video issues (display, resolution). Handle Microsoft Teams Rooms connectivity and UI (touch panel, meeting controls). Support additional AV technologies – Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and related equipment.
Technical: Provide onsite support to all customers, both on‑site and off‑site. Troubleshoot PCs, Macs, applications, AV, and network connectivity. Manage ServiceNow tickets, prioritize by SLA, and maintain asset tracking (shipping, receiving, disposal). Install, configure, relocate, and troubleshoot printers. Support event and meeting setups, occasionally travel to other EY locations. Offer remote hands support under network operations. Provide VIP/white‑glove service and after‑hour assistance.
