As a member of the on‑site technical support team, you play a crucial role in keeping IT operations running smoothly and ensuring your customers have the support they need to effectively utilize technology in their day‑to‑day work. Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of on‑site technical support experience, or degree in a related discipline.
Strong hands‑on A/V technical support experience supporting equipment in meeting rooms: Microsoft Surface Hubs, Crestron, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Condeco, Barco Click Share, PolyCom, Cisco, and other A/V equipment.
Broad knowledge of AV technology and conference‑room AV design concepts; capable of troubleshooting with a process of elimination.
Excellent customer‑service skills, meeting with users in person to resolve complex technology issues.
Coordinate, track, and maintain inventory.
Document and track the status of inquiries and coordinate appropriate responses using Service Now.
Technical expertise in various facets of PC support, including applications, hardware, tools, utilities, networking, and telecommunications.
Mac & iOS presence.
Trainable, professional and punctual; self‑starter and problem‑solver; able to handle many calls and heavy IT ticketing.
Comfortable with remote support from the office and independent when required.
Audio‑Visual Responsibilities of an On‑Site Technician
Microsoft Surface Hubs – configure settings, reset or re‑configure devices, and troubleshoot display and audio.
Crestron – diagnose and resolve network connectivity, audio and video issues.
Microsoft Teams Rooms – troubleshoot connectivity, interface responsiveness, and meeting controls.
Condeco, Barco Click Share, Pano, Polycom, Cisco, and other AV equipment – diagnose and resolve issues.

$28.00
