We’re looking for an
Instrumentation and Controls Engineer
who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll have the chance to work on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities, design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver complete, world‑class solutions for new facilities.
Key responsibilities include
developing P&IDs, sizing valves, specifying instrumentation, and documenting and modeling design information
while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, provide on‑site assistance during startup, and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
Here’s what you’ll need
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering
At least 2 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control
Ideally, you’ll also have
Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications
Experience working with Data Centers
Engineer in Training (EIT)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multidisciplinary teams
Passion for buildings and construction

The base salary range for this position is $69,500.00 to $95,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
