Project Manager – Restaurant Construction
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various restaurant projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including restaurant owners, contractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant projects from planning to execution.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Prepare project documentation including budgets, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration and resolve conflicts.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the restaurant or retail industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience with budget preparation and financial management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field preferred.
