Overview We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Legal Operations to join one of the world’s leading global investment platforms and support their capital markets legal function. Key Responsibilities
Manage and analyze $150M+ in external legal spend, preparing monthly reporting for senior management and investment teams
Serve as the primary liaison to external law firms for budgetary reporting and invoicing matters
Support the preparation, tracking, and filing of SEC and other regulatory securities filings
Assist with negotiating and reviewing Confidentiality Agreements, Engagement Letters, and other legal documentation
Partner with internal teams across the global platform to ensure accurate reporting, strong communication, and timely execution
Drive process improvements across legal operations and support ad-hoc legal projects
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from a well-regarded school
3-6 years experience at a major law firm or in-house at an investment or financial services organization
Strong analytical skills with comfort interpreting and presenting large data sets in Excel
Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to interact diplomatically across internal teams and external counsel
Knowledge of basic financial instruments; prior SimpleLegal experience is a plus
