The Opportunity We are looking for a
Principal
with deep expertise in
Business Valuation and Disputes , including
expert testimony experience , to lead and grow a portfolio of high-stakes engagements. This is a strategic leadership role offering the chance to influence major cases and mentor a team of talented professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex valuation and dispute resolution projects across diverse industries.
Provide expert witness testimony in litigation, arbitration, and regulatory settings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with legal and corporate stakeholders.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications
At least
10 years
of experience in business valuation, litigation consulting, or forensic accounting.
Demonstrated
testimony experience
in valuation or damages matters.
Professional designations such as CPA, ASA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
A commitment to excellence and a passion for solving complex financial problems.
