Position Responsibilities
Supervise, organize, and motivate the BevLine National Accounts team while fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and strategic planning
Provide leadership and guidance, ensuring timely resolution of account inquiries, order processing, and workload distribution among team members
Coach and mentor team members in building and maintaining strong relationships with local personnel, corporate buyers, and supplier partners to drive sales growth
Set and uphold standards for high levels of customer service and professionalism in handling inquiries and concerns promptly
Facilitate cross-department communication and collaboration to resolve issues, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless order fulfillment
Monitor performance against targets, conduct performance evaluations, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities while driving continuous improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s D egree and 3 plus years of related experience with 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma /General Education Diploma and 6 plus years of specific experience with 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
