Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and delivery of Workday solutions while executing day‑to‑day activities across managed services engagements including system enhancements, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvements, and strategic road‑mapping, all supported by thorough documentation of configuration decisions and solution design.

Lead post‑production optimization efforts, including new feature enablement and process improvement initiatives.

Conduct configuration analysis and design sessions, implementing scalable and sustainable Workday solutions.

Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to support their development and ensure quality delivery.

Configure and support Workday HCM modules with a focus on Talent Management, Performance Reviews, and Succession Planning, including business processes such as goal setting, talent reviews, feedback cycles, and career development planning, ensuring alignment with client‑specific workflows and organizational strategies.

Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of recent experience in post‑production, managed services support, or consulting with internal/external clients in Workday HCM, Talent, and Performance.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. Workday certification/skills in HCM and Talent and Performance are required; certification must be obtained within three months of employment if not already held.

Preferred additional Workday certification/skills in at least one of the following: HCM Core, Advanced Reporting, Learning, People Experience, Recruiting, and Benefits.

Proven ability to collaborate with integration teams to support interfaces between Workday and external HCM & Talent and Performance systems.

Strong business knowledge of HCM, Talent, and Performance processes, including goal management, performance reviews, succession planning, and talent reviews.
