Operations & Supply Chain Team:
The team supports clients in evolving supply‑chain strategies and improving performance across the end‑to‑end supply chain with six core capabilities:
Supply chain strategy: designing models aligned to business goals.
Planning: improving demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management.
Procurement: sourcing opportunities and supplier strategies.
Manufacturing: boosting performance via productivity, network optimization, and digital enablement.
Distribution: refining networks for cost‑efficiency and service.
Logistics: optimizing transportation and last‑mile logistics.
Job Description Operations & Supply Chain Senior Associates / Associate Consultants drive insights for clients. They gather, analyze, and synthesize research and data to address core issues. Their roles include:
Develop problem‑solving frameworks for operational issues.
Conduct analysis, benchmarking, and research.
Own workstreams, synthesize data into actionable recommendations, and help shape client strategies.
Coach and guide junior team members, building capabilities.
Collaborate closely with team members to present findings and recommendations through compelling written and verbal communication.
Travel to client sites may be required to deepen engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from a renowned school with outstanding academic achievement.
2‑3 years of full‑time professional experience post‑graduation in a relevant field.
Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience; background may include consulting, industry roles, or a blend.
Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
Enthusiasm, resilience, and desire to continuously learn and grow.
Compensation:
Base salary ranges: $110,000 (Senior Associate) and $135,000 (Associate Consultant); total potential compensation $145,000–$200,000 including bonuses and profit sharing. Additional benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave and disability insurance.
