Senior Pricing Financial Analyst – FP&A – (Hybrid) – Greater Minneapolis Metro Location: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite in the Greater Minneapolis area). Must currently reside in Greater Minneapolis, MN metro.

Base pay range : $95,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr

We’re working with a growing, industry‑leading company in the Greater Minneapolis metro area that serves primarily B2B customers (90%), with a growing B2C and e‑commerce footprint (10%). Known for its phenomenal leadership and elite executive team, this organization operates at the intersection of manufacturing, retail, and consumer services and they’re investing heavily in pricing strategy to fuel their next phase of growth.

They’re looking to add a Senior Pricing Analyst who can drive strategic insights and influence high‑stakes decisions across product, deal, and market pricing. Key Responsibilities

Own and optimize pricing strategies across multiple channels (product pricing, deal/quote pricing, and B2B/ecommerce/B2C initiatives)

Partner with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to deliver pricing recommendations that improve margins and drive market competitiveness

Build dynamic pricing models, simulations, and tools to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions

Monitor competitive pricing intelligence and market trends

Support the development of pricing governance and discounting frameworks

Provide insights to executive leadership using clear, concise visualizations and presentations

Identify and implement automation and process improvements using pricing tools and analytics platforms

Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA, MAcc or advanced degree a plus)

3+ years of pricing experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer services industries

CPA, CFA, CMA are a plus

Exposure to B2B is beneficial

Hands‑on experience in at least one of the following areas:

Product or Strategic Pricing

Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling

Experience with pricing tools such as PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, Pricefx, Salesforce CPQ, or similar systems preferred

Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders across departments

High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset

Bonus Points For

Experience with win/loss analysis, price elasticity modeling or A/B testing

Exposure to B2C, ecommerce pricing strategies or omnichannel environments

Lean Six Sigma, CPP (Certified Pricing Professional), or other pricing-related certifications
