Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) – Hybrid (2‑3 days in office)

Must currently reside in Greater Minneapolis, MN metro as this is a hybrid role. No sponsorship; US Citizenship or Green Card required.
Location Greater Minneapolis Area metro.
Salary $95,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr (Target base salary based on experience).
Responsibilities
Business partnering finance (front‑of‑the‑house, forward‑facing finance)
Corporate FP&A (P&L, BS, CF)
Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidations
Month‑end close and related financial reporting of monthly results to executive leadership
Trending / variance analysis / scenario modeling / what‑if analysis
Strategic planning
Operational finance – CapEx, OpEx, financial & operational KPIs and analytics such as sales (pricing/volume mix analysis), profitability (revenue/gross margin/expense) at product, market and department level
SG&A analysis, Cost analysis, ROI Analysis, business case study analysis for decision making
P&L Management
M&A, Accrual allocation
Providing financial summaries & commentary for management / MD&A
Market Analysis / GTM strategies
Tons of Ad Hoc special projects
Building dashboards and using data visualization tools
Leveraging AI tools to automate and streamline workflows
Qualifications
3-7 years of Finance / Corporate FP&A, operational or commercial finance / accounting, cost accounting, corporate accounting OR public accounting (Tax, Audit, Consulting, Advisory)
Knowledgeable and comfortable with financial statements and analysis
Advanced degrees/certifications strongly preferred (CPA, CFA, CMA, CGMA, Financial Modeling / FMVA, MBA, MAcc/MSA)
BA degree in Finance or Accounting
Advanced Excel skills
High degree of intellectual curiosity in trying to understand how and why things work
True team player, laid back, easy to work with
