Phoenix Pro Connect is supporting a Miami-based firm in its search for an
Investor Relations Advisor
to lead
capital-raising and investor relations
across institutional and accredited-investor channels. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for select investor relationships while expanding the firm’s investor base through strategic outreach, networking, and disciplined follow-through. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Own capital raising targets
set by fund leadership across: Institutional investors Accredited investors Family offices and fund‑of‑funds Develop and expand investor prospect pipeline
using: Existing industry relationships and investor network CRM tools and investor database High‑touch networking and targeted outreach Lead investor communications
related to: Investment strategy and positioning Performance updates and outlook Market and portfolio insights (as applicable) Build investor confidence
by responding to complex questions with clarity and credibility. Partner cross‑functionally
to ensure investor needs are met, and relationships are retained and expanded Represent the firm externally
in meetings, industry events, and networking engagements to articulate the firm’s capabilities and value proposition. Qualifications
Experience
2–5+ years
of relevant experience in one or more of the following: Institutional asset management Wealth management Sell‑side research Investment consulting Experience with reputable firms is preferred Broad exposure across asset classes is helpful, especially: Fixed income Hedge funds Trade finance and/or asset‑based lending (preferred) Proven ability to
present and defend complex ideas
to sophisticated, demanding audiences Strong
relationship‑building
and networking capability within the investor community Collaborative, hands‑on approach; operates as a true team player Strong client service mindset with high emotional intelligence Education
Strong undergraduate academic credentials required CFA highly desirable Licenses
