Division Finance Manager As an integral partner, you will support the operating cost centers in your division. You will take a leadership role across categories, working closely with the Division Vice President, Regional Operation Directors, Facility Administrators, and the group’s finance team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Management
Monthly financial and operations reviews – provide variance analysis, identify wins and focus areas, develop action plans, and present performance to leadership
Forecasting – lead bottoms‑up approach on 3‑year strategic planning, collaborate with Regional Directors and the Divisional Vice President, offer analysis and recommendations
Budgeting – prepare bottoms‑up budgets for all cost centers, conduct hospital, regional and divisional analysis, and present final budgets
Capital Expenditures – partner with the Divisional Vice President, Regional Directors and Biomed team to prioritize, manage and track spending
Ad Hoc requests – identify operational improvement opportunities, provide analysis and recommendations in partnership with Regional Directors and the Division Vice President
Training – deliver structured financial training to new and existing teammates, and train Regional Directors and the Division Vice President on forecast and budget templates and processes
Reporting – maintain current data for divisional dashboards and other ad‑hoc tools and reports
Compensation – support design, rollout and monitoring of bonus and profit‑sharing plans across the division
Growth Management
Growth strategy sessions – analyze, review and recommend divisional strategy, including cost‑center growth, new business, acquisitions, physician partnerships, hospital partnerships, and other factors with Regional Directors and the Division Vice President
May be assigned specific financial group responsibilities requiring coordination across all divisions and interaction with Vice Presidents and Regional Operations Directors outside your designated division.
Will be asked to represent the group on committees for company‑wide financial projects such as forecasting and budgeting template design.
Will be asked to train new hires to the group finance team.
Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
