Seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial strategy, forecasting, and decision support for a growing manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to drive business performance through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Lead financial modeling initiatives to support strategic decisions, including pricing, cost optimization, and capital investments.
- Partner with senior leadership on M&A activities , including due diligence and integration planning.
- Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, KPI tracking, and scenario planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting, and processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: MBA strongly preferred; CMA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
- Proven track record in M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
- Strong business acumen, leadership presence, and ability to influence at all levels.
