A global alternatives platform is expanding its
GP stakes strategy
and is seeking senior hires across
Vice President, Principal and Managing Director
levels.
The firm is publicly listed and has built a strong reputation by investing exclusively in minority ownership positions within high quality alternative asset managers. Its strategy focuses on partnering with top performing firms across hedge funds, private credit, real estate, private equity and other specialist strategies. By investing directly into the management companies of these managers, the platform gains long term exposure to stable management fee streams, performance economics and the growth of leading franchises.
The team is now entering a new stage of expansion and is looking for individuals who have real experience in GP stakes investing. Candidates should have a deep understanding of how management companies operate, how to evaluate the durability of a firm and its leadership, and how to structure minority deals that create alignment over the long term. The work involves sourcing opportunities, conducting detailed manager evaluations, driving deal execution and building senior level relationships across the alternatives landscape.
This is an opportunity to join a well capitalized and globally connected platform that sits at the center of the alternative investment ecosystem. The roles offer meaningful responsibility, exposure across multiple asset classes and the ability to work closely with founders and senior partners at some of the most successful firms in the industry.
