Solution Architect
Job Description:
Lead large‑scale UKG Pro WFM implementations and provide strategic direction.
Ensure successful implementation and optimization as a solution architect for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions Implementation in a multi‑country rollout.
Define system architecture, ensuring alignment to business needs and driving technical excellence.
Expert in UKG Pro WFM modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Forecasting, Dell Boomi, and Device Manager, customizing to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency.
Integrate these modules with other enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy and streamlined processes.
Lead the technical configuration of Time tracking, Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting, Accruals, Analytics & Reports, Dell Boomi Integration, Device Configuration, Mobile configuration and compliance.
Configure and troubleshoot modules such as Timekeeper, Accruals, Leave/Attendance/Attestation, Advanced Scheduler, and Activities.
Design integrations using Dell Boomi and other platforms, aligning to best practices and customer priorities.
Maintain product configuration, create work rules, pay rules, break rules, exception rules, and support changes to existing configurations.
Deliver high‑quality solutions through system configuration that meets overall business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
End‑to‑end UKG Pro WFM implementation – requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, staggered rollout, and hyper‑care.
Provide a self‑starter approach, adapt to functional and technical requirements, and deliver under minimum supervision.
Exhibit excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and oral communication skills, and strong teamwork.
Strong presentation and customer‑management skills to effectively set expectations.
Qualifications
B.Tech (preferred) / Bachelor of Computer Science.
UKG Pro WFM certifications (highly preferred).
Experience working as a solution architect for Kronos WFC.
Minimum 5 years of experience in solution architecture and workforce management implementations.
Education B.Tech
Compensation Salary Range: $130,000 – $180,000 a year.
