What's your role all about?
Manage branch sales to maximize profits and minimize expenses.
Ensure achievement of branch sales/profit goals.
Manage branch sales force to maximize profits and minimize expenses.
Develop and cultivate good customer relations via face-to-face contact.
Analyze branch’s financial and operational performance, prepare the annual budget and monitor expenditures.
Perform all duties inherent in the role, including hiring, termination, review, and development of associates.
Qualifications
More than 2 years experience managing B2B outside sales.
Good P&L knowledge and planning skills.
Proven history of exceeding sales.
Strong desire to lead and develop talent.
