About the Role
100% Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer / Senior Full‑Stack Developer for a growing fintech company. The role focuses on building and maintaining high‑quality web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails services
Implement front‑end features with React / React‑JS
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver new product features
Perform code reviews, unit tests, and performance optimizations
Participate in design and architecture discussions
Qualifications
Proven Ruby on Rails background
Strong experience with React / React‑JS
Multiple years of professional experience as a Full‑Stack Engineer
Willingness to complete a Ruby exercise and a React exercise upfront as the first step of the hiring process
Current residence in AZ, CO, IL, MD, TX, VA, DC, CA, FL, MA, MN, NY, OR, WA, or WI
