Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to oversee and drive educational and housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scheduling, budgeting, and managing complex projects within the K12 and higher education sectors, as well as experience in affordable housing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for educational and housing projects
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion
Conduct regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders to communicate updates and address any issues
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in educational and housing projects
Utilize project management software to track progress and document project details
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in educational or housing projects
Proven experience with scheduling and budgeting for complex projects
Strong understanding of K12 and higher education systems
Familiarity with affordable housing projects and regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred
Location: Menlo Park, CA. Salary: $153,000.00–$180,000.00
