Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee projects within the K‑12 and Higher Education sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while meeting client expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple education‑related projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and monitor progress against them.
Ensure compliance with DSA regulations and other relevant standards.
Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to produce project documentation and designs.
Prepare and present reports on project status, budget expenditures, and forecasts to stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners.
Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in K‑12 and Higher Education settings.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of DSA requirements and regulatory compliance for education facilities.
Certification as a Project Manager Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
Familiarity with AIA and NCARB standards and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
