Base pay range $151,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

What Makes You a Great Fit We're hiring a Product Manager for Crypto to shape Pebl’s next phase of innovation in the global payroll and HR technology space. At the center of the next wave of innovation, you’ll define and lead the strategy and execution for how Pebl uses crypto for global payroll and payment—building fast, compliant, and customer‑focused crypto experiences.

In This Role, You’ll

Collaborate with product, engineering, design, finance, and leadership to design Pebl’s crypto infrastructure and customer‑facing products

Drive the roadmap, define requirements, and manage execution with cross‑functional teams

Turn complex financial and technical challenges into simple, secure, and intuitive products for global customers

This role is based in our Palo Alto office and reports to the Head of Payments Product.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Strategy: Define Pebl’s crypto payroll and payments strategy, aligning it with broader company goals

Ownership: Identify opportunities where crypto can improve speed, cost, and reliability of money movement; establish Pebl as an innovation leader in global payroll and fintech

Roadmap: Translate strategy into clear roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics; partner with engineering and design to deliver production‑ready products on time

Delivery: Own the product backlog and user stories, driving iterative development and testing; lead feature validation, QA, and product documentation

Communication: Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather insights; act as a key evangelist for Pebl’s crypto capabilities in client meetings and events

Metrics: Launch products that improve key business metrics (cost per transaction, time to settle, user adoption, etc.); report on outcomes and drive continuous improvement

Let’s Connect if You

Have 4–6 years of Product Management experience

Possess a technical foundation (CS degree or equivalent experience)

Have prior experience building or managing crypto products (required)

Have prior experience with FinTech and Payments products (highly preferred)

Be able to lead cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, compliance, and business teams

Demonstrate career progression and strong analytical and written communication skills

Have startup or 0‑to‑1 product experience (preferred)

Take a hands‑on approach: testing, QA, and documentation are part of how you work
