What Makes You a Great Fit We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to join our Growth Product team. In this leadership role, you will define the product strategy, long‑term vision, and roadmap to drive customer growth and retention. You will collaborate closely with designers, operators, data scientists, and engineers to execute key initiatives and deliver measurable impact. You’ll own product plans end‑to‑end, clearly communicating goals, benefits, and results to stakeholders, including the leadership team.
This position is based in our Palo Alto office with in‑office attendance required Monday through Wednesday. The role is an individual contributor position, reporting directly to the Vice President of Growth Products.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Strategy – Work with cross‑functional teams to develop the vision and strategy for growth products.
Ownership – Align multiple teams to strategy and drive a portfolio of cross‑functional initiatives to achieve business objectives.
Definition – Identify and clearly articulate business problems, gather evidence from users and internal stakeholders, and define potential solutions with guiding principles and strategic alignment.
Roadmap – Define and prioritize the roadmap with a deep understanding of customer needs, balancing functional and non‑functional requirements. Drive execution of major initiatives to deliver growth and retention.
Delivery – Create user stories and collaborate with business, marketing, sales, and engineering teams to manage the backlog and execution through agile scrum processes.
Outcomes – Lead product and feature launches aligned with company goals, measuring and reporting on key metrics.
Let’s Connect If You
Have 10+ years of product management experience.
Bring 4+ years of user‑facing product experience in industries such as eCommerce, SaaS, technology, or multi‑side marketplaces.
Have a proven track record in driving product strategy, vision, and roadmap alignment.
Are experienced in presenting business reviews to senior executives.
Apply a lean mindset – focusing on delivering customer value, minimizing waste, optimizing workflows, and iterating for continuous improvement.
Have successfully led technical projects from inception to launch.
Possess excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills, with a focus on building reliable, scalable solutions.
Demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills, thriving in cross‑functional collaboration.
Have experience with growth‑focused engineering projects and/or A/B testing frameworks.
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
