Responsibilities and Impact

Oversee regulatory filing processes and ensure that all submissions are accurate and meet required timelines.

Manage a team dedicated to reconciliations and control, leading best‑practice development and operational improvements.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on regulatory compliance objectives and to enhance filing strategies.

Develop and implement control measures that safeguard BNY's compliance with regulatory bodies, continuously monitoring and adjusting processes as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Advanced degree or professional certification in regulatory compliance or management preferred.

Typically 4‑7 years of experience in regulatory compliance and filing processes.

Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities essential for guiding and developing a high‑performing team.

Expertise in regulatory compliance and accurate, timely submission of documents.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
