Director Supply Chain Operations (Beauty)
A fast‑growing beauty/personal care brand is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Operations to lead end‑to‑end supply chain, owning demand planning, S&OP, inventory deployment, 3PL execution, and order fulfillment — all with direct visibility to the Executive Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Own demand planning and S&OP, aligning with sales and retail partners
Drive operational excellence across 3PL, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Analyze performance, reduce chargebacks, and implement scalable process improvements
Ideal profile:
5+ years in supply chain (beauty/personal care preferred), strong ERP/NetSuite & EDI, advanced Excel, and a passion for building best‑in‑class operations.
Base pay range:
$125,000 – $135,000 per year
