$32.00/hr + $1,500.00 stipend

Program Dates:
Students program will operate Monday through Friday from June 29 – August 7, 2026. Program Director will attend training on January 23-25 in Knoxville, TN and assist with program preparation. Mandatory training and CDF Ella Baker Training Institute Training tentatively planned for June 3-6, 2026 in Knoxville, TN.
Regular Summer Program Hours:
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at Willow Lane Elementary Schools.
Student Level:
Current K‑5 students for 2025‑26 School Year
Position Summary Performs difficult professional work planning, developing, and leading the execution of summer CDF Freedom School programming, managing daily site operations and supporting site coordinators, teachers, and staff in providing quality instruction to students, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Director of Community Education and Recreation.
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree and moderate experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
