Role Overview The Senior Accountant will maintain accurate financials across our restaurants, frozen pizza production, and distribution operations. You’ll work directly with ownership and our CPA to support timely reporting and data‑driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Daily Accounting Operations

Manage AP/AR functions across multiple locations and entities

Reconcile daily cash deposits and credit card activity

Process weekly payroll and maintain compliance records

Maintain general ledger accuracy through timely journal entries

Month‑End Close & Reporting

Lead account reconciliations and accrual entries

Produce P&L statements for each business unit (restaurant + manufacturing)

Prepare preliminary financial statements for ownership review

Support tax and audit requirements with external CPA

Inventory & Manufacturing Accounting

Track inventory movement and COGS from production to restaurant locations

Monitor ingredient usage and product yields

Analyze food cost and production variances to improve margins

Support financial visibility across the supply chain

Systems, Controls & Process Improvement

Maintain and optimize Restaurant365 accounting and inventory workflows

Uphold internal controls and documentation standards

Recommend and implement scalable accounting processes as we grow

Qualifications

5+ years

of accounting experience

Restaurant experience is required

Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting

Experience with AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, month‑end close

Proficiency in Excel; Restaurant365 experience a strong plus

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive

Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, evolving environment
