Legal Administrative Assistant
with strong
litigation

skills. You will work closely with leadership, including a key shareholder who primarily communicates via email, and manage substantial client interaction daily.
Key Qualifications & Skills
2+ years of
litigation
legal administrative experience
Ability to manage a
high-volume
workload with accuracy and professionalism
Exceptional
Microsoft Word
skills, especially Styles
Strong
client service
and interpersonal skills
E-filing experience preferred but not required
Comfortable navigating frequent client communication and sensitive matters
Drafting and composing legal documents and coordinating pre‑trial materials
Managing and maintaining client files
Conducting
heavy client intake
through phone and email
Coordinating travel arrangements
Providing
calendar management
and scheduling support
