$80,750 – $148,870 USD annually Responsibilities
Lead technical discussions with customers, articulating business opportunities and acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams. Obtain insight into customer application requirements and communicate to sales and engineering teams. Recommend existing solutions or collaborate with engineering to propose custom designs. Support customers to facilitate “Design‑In” and continued product adoption. Collaborate with sales and engineering to ensure technical requirements of the Design‑In are met. Author and maintain a library of customer‑facing documentation such as presentations, application notes, specifications, and guidelines. Provide insights on market trends, user feedback, and competition to aid product development. Assist in educating the market through publications, webinars, tradeshows, etc. Support field issue resolution with insight into original application requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in a technical role. Mechanical aptitude with ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and prints. General understanding of electrical principles. Proficiency in solid modeling/CAD tools (e.g., Solidworks) is desirable. Knowledge in signal integrity topics is desirable. Knowledge of PCB layout/IC package design or interconnect design is desirable. Sales or customer support experience is desirable. Proficiency with MS Office suite. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills. Strong presentation and technical writing skills preferred. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, cross‑functional team environment. Ability to effectively communicate across disciplines and business functions. High level customer service and relationship building with customers.
