A key strategic mission
Reporting to the U.S. General Manager and functionally to the Group CFO, you will stand at the crossroads of strategy and execution, ensuring that financial governance actively supports the company’s ambition to accelerate growth, strengthen profitability, and secure long‑term competitiveness. Beyond numbers, you will act as a true business partner—challenging assumptions, fueling decision‑making with robust insight, and aligning financial priorities with operational and strategic goals across manufacturing, R&D, and commercial entities.
Your accountability will extend over all financial areas—accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, and compliance—while you lead key initiatives to modernize tools, digitalize processes, and embed a culture of performance across the organization. You will develop agile reporting systems enabling a precise, real‑time understanding of the company’s financial health, drive initiatives to optimize working capital and cash flow, and contribute to investment decisions that prepare the business for tomorrow’s technological and industrial challenges.
In close connection with the Group’s global leadership, you will play a decisive role in forecasting, planning, and scenario modeling, ensuring that the U.S. organization is both resilient and ready to seize opportunities. You will also champion operational efficiency, bringing financial rigor to industrial projects, pricing, and cost management.
