The Talent Acquisition Partner role in Holland, MI will help us bring innovative automation solutions to life. Location
This is a hybrid role requiring the ability to be onsite at our headquarters in Holland, MI. Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Manage the internship/coop program, including recruiting and onboarding interns, coordinating career fair participation and travel logistics, and designing and delivering internship curriculum and engagement activities. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, social media, and industry events. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process. Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (highly preferred). 3–5 years of experience in full‑lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast‑paced setting. Experience designing and managing internship programs is highly desirable. Workday experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools. Benefits
