Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage
full lifecycle recruiting
for a variety of roles across the organization, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers. This role also includes
ownership of our internship program , from hiring and onboarding to career fair coordination and curriculum development.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Lead
end-to-end recruiting
for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Manage the
internship/coop program , including:
Recruiting and onboarding interns.
Coordinating career fair participation and travel logistics.
Designing and delivering internship curriculum and engagement activities.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, social media, and industry events.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree
in business, human resources, or a related field (highly preferred).
3-5 years
of experience in
full lifecycle recruiting , preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.
Experience designing and managing internship programs is highly desirable.
Workday experience a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
