Responsibilities

All cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your shift.

Set the example and enforce company policies and procedures 100% of the time.

Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image standards, customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Qualifications

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork.

Maintain daily cleaning of equipment and facilities.

Orientation and training will be provided on the job.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make correct monetary change quickly.

Motor coordination and dexterity for fast, accurate movements.

Typing or touchscreen input proficiency.

Work Conditions

Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F in the cooler to 90 °F+ in some work areas.

Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters such as walk‑in coolers.

Hot surfaces and tools up to 500 °F or higher, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Physical Demands

Standing, walking short distances and durations, sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 50 pounds with a hand truck, carrying 30 pounds of sauce, pushing and pulling trays, climbing stairs or a ladder infrequently.

Forward bending at the pizza assembly station, crouching/squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas, reaching above 72 ″, touching switches, turning on/off oven controls.

Driving Requirements (if applicable)

Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

Navigation skills for local deliveries, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.

Ability to carry pizzas and beverages during delivery tasks.
