Sr. Sales Leader – Growth Driver, Industrial Water Treatment

Overview ChemTreat is the nation’s largest and fastest‑growing specialty chemical company dedicated solely to industrial water treatment. Responsibilities
Acquire new customers through strategic identification, prioritization, analysis, and sales plan development/execution.
Prospect and generate new business via cold calling and other outreach methods.
Create and present effective proposals to prospective customers.
Communicate ChemTreat’s value proposition to prospects.
Transition new business to the account management team when applicable.
Entertain potential customers and provide product demonstrations.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
Industry knowledge specific to water treatment (boilers, cooling towers, RO systems, clarifiers, raw water, wastewater).
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or a related technical degree preferred.
7+ years of successful water treatment related experience.
Compensation Salary range $110,000 – $140,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for Commission Pay.
