Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise Salesforce implementations across all project phases: discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
Act as the primary client contact, managing project delivery to ensure on‑time, on‑budget results.
Bridge complex business problems with innovative technical solutions, translating requirements into actionable architectures.
Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes.
Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
Establish procedures that impact your work area and potentially broader business functions.
Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels.
Experience leading discovery meetings to identify system requirements and business processes.
Hands‑on Salesforce (SFDC) experience with end‑to‑end implementations, integrations, and middleware tools.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce, APEX, VisualForce, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Workflow, Approval Workflows, APIs, AppExchange, and Salesforce.com controls.
Ability to lead solutioning and design of the Salesforce platform, identifying gaps between current and future states.
Familiarity with relational database concepts.
Project management skills: creating and managing timelines, economics, and risk mitigation plans.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Experience building and managing client relationships.
Proficiency with cloud computing architecture, cybersecurity, and privacy architecture.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client development skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5 or more, including configuration and customization.
Salesforce.com certifications.
Self‑starter able to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
Advanced degree or prior consulting experience preferred.
Certifications and consulting experience highly preferred.
Benefits and Compensation
Competitive base salary range: $139,100 to $254,900 (US geographic locations); higher ranges for New York City, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
