Opportunity Our Artificial Intelligence and Data team helps apply cutting‑edge technology and techniques to bring solutions to our clients. In this role you will work side‑by‑side with clients and EY teams to design and deliver innovative AI solutions. You will research, build and implement scalable AI systems, enhance data pipelines, and monitor model performance to continuously improve high‑performance models.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects.
Continuously improve processes through research and analysis.
Manage professional employees and supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives.
Engage actively with clients, participate in daily sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
Skills & Attributes for Success
Proven ability to develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes.
Strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques for results.
Experience managing client relationships and delivering high‑quality service.
Ability to lead teams effectively and manage change within the organization.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) required.
6–10 years of full‑time experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
Strong Python skills and experience with major cloud platforms.
Proficiency in Generative AI models, NLP, deep learning, and ML packages (scikit‑learn, PyTorch).
Experience with MLOps, DevOps tools, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel for client engagements.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
Experience with languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++).
Experience fine‑tuning Generative AI models and managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and data visualization.
