Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Company Overview:
A global investment firm with approximately $504 billion in assets under management is seeking an Analyst to join their Segment and Non-GAAP Reporting team. The role involves analysis and reporting on company financial results and participation in special projects.
Job Responsibilities
Preparation of GAAP and operating financial results on a monthly and quarterly basis, including detailed segment and/or product line reporting and analysis.
Collect and maintain supporting documentation used for reporting and analysis.
Assist with preparation of supporting schedules and analysis for internal and external reporting used by senior management and board of directors.
Assist in synthesizing and summarizing detailed financial data to create meaningful, high-level, result-oriented analysis.
Improve and build processes designed to meet the growth objectives of the firm.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. An advanced degree and CPA/CMA professional credentials are a plus.
0-2 years of related experience, including experience in P&L analysis and accounting.
Experience in Insurance or financial services and public accounting is desired.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Proficiency with accounting systems, including ledger applications (PeopleSoft and SAP), query tools (Smartview, Essbase), Onestream consolidation platform, and Workiva.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills for creating insightful, actionable reporting.
Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex products and models.
Experience with artificial intelligence in a business environment/use case is a plus.
Compensation Salary:
$65,000 – $95,000, Plus Bonus
