Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
A well‑known and established yogurt shop is looking for a General Manager to lead our Woodland Hills location and take full ownership of store performance, team development, and day‑to‑day operations. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and deeply people‑focused, and is the heartbeat of the store. The General Manager will hire, train, and mentor the team, drive operational excellence, ensure every guest walks out happy, and oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll support, and financial performance. This is the perfect role for a leader who loves building strong teams, thrives in quick‑service environments, and takes pride in running a smooth, successful business. General Manager Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of 8–14 employees to deliver excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth execution of opening and closing procedures.
Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and hold team members accountable through feedback and performance management.
Create weekly schedules aligned with labor needs and business demand.
Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, track usage, and monitor cost controls.
Support payroll and employee record management.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and brand standards at all times.
Handle customer concerns professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Review performance reports and drive actions that improve sales and profitability.
Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts.
Ensure compliance with Menchie’s policies, health department standards, and all operational procedures.
General Manager Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR or fast‑casual environments.
Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate teams.
Strong communication, decision‑making, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
Experience managing schedules, labor, inventory, and daily operations.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Hands‑on leadership style.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
High school diploma.
Degree in business or restaurant studies a plus.
