Job Description Hourly store team member responsible for operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment and assist with daily store operations.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.

Prepare and assemble pizzas, sides, and beverages according to store standards.

Receive, enter, and process telephone and in‑person orders accurately.

Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.

Complete inventory and associated paperwork on schedule.

Essential Functions / Skills

Basic math proficiency: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; make correct monetary change.

Verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for processing orders and interacting with customers and co‑workers.

Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to execute precise movements quickly and accurately.

Computer keyboard or touch screen proficiency to enter orders.

Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs in bulk deliveries and 30 lbs for individual items.

Physical Demands & Work Conditions Standing most tasks; walking short distances; occasional sitting for paperwork. Requires lifting up to 50 lbs, carrying up to 30 lbs, pushing trays, and occasional climbing of stairs or ladder. Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
