General Manager

Job Duties
Operate all equipment used in food preparation and service.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage areas, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
Prepare product according to company standards.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and all related areas approximately daily.
Training & Orientation Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; give correct verbal instructions; process orders over phone and in person; provide excellent customer service.
Essential Functions / Skills
Perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) accurately and quickly; may use calculator.
Give correct monetary change.
Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas; sudden temperature changes; exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust; cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler; hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
Physical Demands
Standing most tasks; walking short distances.
Sitting for paperwork on a desk or table.
Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 lbs.
CARRYING – Trips of pizza, sides, beverages while walking and climbing stairs.
PUSHING – Moving trays on dollies.
CLIMBING – Navigate stairs or ladders occasionally to change prices, wash walls, perform maintenance.
BENDING / STOOPING – Lowering behind front counter, stocking, etc., repeatedly throughout the shift.
Additional Information Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required for delivery positions; access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
