Summary
Trust Advisor to join our Fiduciary Services team. This role supports Trustees and clients across a wide range of complex trust administration needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive, solutions-oriented professional who brings strong technical expertise, excellent client service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced fiduciary environment.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Administer complex trusts, estates, and related fiduciary matters.
Review trust instruments and address probate, fiduciary, tax, retirement plan, and estate planning issues.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, attorneys, tax preparers, and external advisors.
Manage account openings, distributions, terminations, death, gift and GST administration, and gift tax returns.
Lead or support projects assigned by the Head of Fiduciary Services; partner closely with Client Services and internal departments.
Contribute to process improvement, training, and fiduciary risk management initiatives.
Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and confidential information.
Qualifications
7+ years of trust administration experience.
CTFA designation or willingness to obtain it.
Strong technical skills (Excel, Word, portfolio/accounting systems such as Sungard AddVantage, ProFx, Estate Planning Tools).
Demated success in a client-facing environment with the ability to handle sensitive and complex matters.
Exceptional judgment, communication skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic, “can-do” attitude, and commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
