We are representing a $100M industrial manufacturing organization looking for a Site Finance Director to fill a recent retirement. This role reports to the VP/GM and plays a key role in the finance strategy and operations.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Additional compensation Annual Bonus
Position Overview Site Finance Director/Controller will manage a team of 2 direct employees, oversee an over $100M multi‑site campus, and hold responsibility for Cost, FP&A, and Reporting functions.
Responsibilities
Lead a department of 2 direct reports and work with CFO.
Accountability over cost, FP&A, and reporting functions.
Review and analyze plant inventory transactions.
Lead month‑end close process.
Analyze financial data to determine cost impacts on business.
Provide executive leadership with detailed reports for business decisions and expenditure control.
Participate in projects and support CFO, VP/GM, and Operations leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field required; advanced degree or certification (CPA, CMA, MBA, MSA, etc.) preferred.
3‑5 years of plant/manufacturing experience with solid cost background (BOM, absorption/inventory levels, variance analysis).
Experience leading month‑end close process.
Target Business Partner with General Management/Operations.
