Position Overview:
As a Staff Accountant, you will support day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial processes. This position provides exposure to diverse projects and the ability to make an impact within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
Assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
Assist with audits and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
2+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or similar setting.
Experience in non‑profit, mortgage, or real estate industries (preferred).
Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
