Position Overview: As a Staff Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial processes. This position provides exposure to diverse projects and the ability to make an impact within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data. Assist with audits and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
(required). 2+ years of accounting experience
in a corporate or similar setting. Experience in
non-profit, mortgage, or real estate
industries (preferred). Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
