A leading international law firm is seeking a talented associate to join its Securities Litigation practice in Silicon Valley. The team is recognised for its success in high-profile securities and shareholder disputes and offers a strong platform for continued professional and client development.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on complex securities litigation and shareholder disputes.
Support investigations, including securities‑related inquiries and regulatory matters.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with precision and clarity.
Collaborate with partners and teams across multiple offices on cross‑border matters.
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience gained at a top‑tier Am Law firm.
Prior exposure to securities or shareholder litigation is highly desirable.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Admission to the California Bar, or eligibility to obtain it, preferred.
Compensation Salary Range:
$235,000 – $310,000 DOE
