We are looking for an experienced Plaintiff Employment Attorney with an extensive background in Employment Law, plaintiff experience preferred. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of successful litigation, exceptional client service, and the ability to independently manage a robust caseload.
Position Overview The Plaintiff Employment Attorney will provide legal representation in a variety of employment-related matters. This includes interviewing clients to evaluate the merits of claims, developing legal strategies for cases, managing negotiations with opposing parties, and appearing in court to defend clients’ rights. You must be comfortable with depositions and trying a case.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, etc.
Handle all phases of litigation, from initial consultation through trial and appeal.
Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, draft pleadings, and argue motions.
Develop and implement effective litigation strategies tailored to each client's needs.
Provide high-quality legal advice and counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in California, and in good standing.
At least 5-10 years of experience in plaintiff employment law.
A comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to ethical practice and professionalism.
