and includes travel to multiple national offices. What You'll Be Responsible For

Develop and execute long-range growth strategies and lead major pursuits across target markets. Build and manage high-value relationships with owners, EPCs, engineers, and key partners. Partner with the EVP on business strategy, forecasting, and long-term backlog development. Lead go/no-go decisions, pursuit planning, and alignment with estimating, operations, and preconstruction. Represent the company at industry events and support design‑assist and early‑involvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop the business development team. Set KPIs and drive a culture of accountability and performance. What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of progressive construction business development experience, including 5+ years in senior or executive leadership. Proven success winning large, complex heavy civil, demolition, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of procurement, design‑assist, design‑build, and major project pursuit strategy. Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence at all organizational levels. National-level relationships with owners, GCs, EPCs, and engineering firms. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Cosential, Salesforce) with strong organizational discipline.
