What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design, document, and develop products that achieve profit margins above corporate thresholds within acceptable timeframes
Define the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for assigned product areas
Identify key business processes and opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Manage product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and ensuring successful product adoption
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights that inform product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience
Knowledge of financial lending products, services, policies, and procedures, with prior experience in mortgage strongly preferred
Strong analytical thinking abilities to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions
Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts and achieve alignment on projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the real estate or financial services industry
Familiarity with risk management and compliance requirements in product development
Proven track record of successful product launches and market strategy execution
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and prioritize user and business needs
